Emma Clark
Registered Psychotherapist
I started my career in the corporate world, where I appeared successful on the outside but battled internally with imposter syndrome, self-criticism, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. A turning point came when I learned that high sensitivity is a well-researched trait present in 20% of the population. This shifted my perspective, allowing me to see sensitivity as a strength and ultimately leading me to my true path in psychotherapy.
Today, I combine this personal experience with a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach to help individuals overcome low self-esteem, people-pleasing behaviors, and the lasting effects of trauma. My work with clients centers on building confidence and resilience, calming anxiety, and embracing their true selves. I use a dynamic approach grounded in neurobiology and the autonomic nervous system to achieve these goals.
My practice is a safe haven for those who feel "too much" or "not enough," offering a space where deep understanding fosters transformative growth.
