Rachel Lockhart-Piggelen

I’m Rachel, a BIPOC counsellor and owner of The Hive Mental Health Services. I’m a Registered Social Worker, Registered Member of the CCPA, Mother and Wife. I have a social work degree from the University of Regina, training in CBT,DBT, and marriage counselling, but are always working on educating myself further. Something that I think makes me and my private practice different is my lived experience, I’ve overcome a lot and pride myself on offering counselling solutions that are realistic and relatable. I have been in private practice since 2020 but have previously been employed in other sectors that required counselling experience, as well as have a prior degree in Sociology. I founded The Hive on the basis that counselling should be affordable, accessible and comfortable. My rates are $105/session for individuals and $125/session for couples and families, but I also work on a sliding scale. I offer in person at my Saskatoon office located on Millar ave, virtual via the Jane app, text and phone sessions. I offer days, evenings and weekends, and are currently accepting clients 13 years and older.
