Nicole Krick Ralston
Registered Provisional Psychologist
I specialize in providing individual therapy for adults, children, and adolescents, offering support for stress, anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, grief, burnout, autism, trauma/PTSD, and various other life challenges. I combine evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches, to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can collaboratively explore your concerns. My work focuses on fostering emotional resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills that empower clients to navigate life’s challenges confidently. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and am committed to walking alongside my clients on their mental health journeys. I approach each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect for their unique story. This process is a partnership, and together, we will work toward meaningful, lasting change. When you’re ready, I invite you to schedule a session to begin this journey of self-discovery and healing.
Currently accepting new clients, I offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Mondays 10am-3pm, Tuesdays/Wednesday/Thursday 3pm to 9pm & Friday 10am to 5pm
