Biography

With over 25 years in the helping professions, I bring warmth, intuition, and trauma-informed care to therapy. I specialize in emotional regulation, sexual addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, and identity work. My approach blends psychodynamic insight, mindfulness, family systems theory, and self-compassion. I affirm all genders and relationship structures and welcome clients from queer, poly, and kink communities. As a former educator and long-time yoga instructor, I support clients in integrating body, mind, and meaning. My practice offers a space to explore pain, reconnect with purpose, and move toward emotional freedom.
