I am a counselling intern offering FREE unlimited individual, couples, and family counselling at zero cost! I work confidently with a variety of issues including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, couples, and family-related concerns. I aim to provide a safe and trusting environment for my clients to be supported in processing, navigating their issues, and working towards positive change. The techniques I use are uniquely tailored to each person I work with. I utilize an integrative approach with a foundation based on trauma-informed and person-centered principles. Some modalities I draw from include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), family systems, narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I have worked closely for many years with a wide variety of populations including Indigenous, LGBTQIA2S+, and those experiencing houselessness.
