With nearly over a decade of experience, I believe in the power of empathy, kindness, and cultural sensitivity to facilitate healing.
My therapeutic approaches are rooted in trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Neurodivergent focussed support with the goal to tailor the therapy to your specific needs by integrating client-centeredness.
