Revolution Therapy & Wellness is a multidisciplinary trauma-informed therapy and wellness collective in Calgary, Alberta. We offer individual, relational, somatic, and sex-positive care for queer, trans, neurodivergent, polyamorous, kink-affirming, BIPOC, and marginalized communities — both in-person and virtual.

Biography

Revolution Therapy & Wellness is a trauma-informed therapy and wellness collective based in Calgary, Alberta. We support individuals, partners, and communities navigating trauma, identity exploration, neurodivergence, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. Our collective specializes in trauma recovery, somatic approaches, and identity-affirming care. We offer queer-, trans-, polyamory-, and kink-affirming therapy, as well as culturally responsive care for BIPOC communities and disability-affirming support. Many of our therapists work from neurodivergent-affirming frameworks and understand the complexity of ADHD, autism, and 2E experiences. We believe healing happens in relationship — not in isolation. Our work is relational, embodied, sex-positive, and rooted in cultural humility. We move beyond pathologizing models and support clients in reconnecting with their nervous systems, their stories, and their inherent worth.
