Bronwyn von Niessen, MC, RCC

Hi! My name is Bronwyn. I'm a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and energy healer. I am based in Vernon, BC and also work virtually by video and voice call. I am trained and certified in a range of therapies from science-backed neurotherapies to traditional energetic and metaphysical healing practices. ​I have a great interest in studying topics such as the nature of consciousness, altered states of being, and the incredible power of the unconscious mind to influence our physical realities. I have a specialized focus in dream & (PTSD) nightmare therapies. I believe that a healthy and optimal state of being is in reach for all of us and that the wisdom to achieve it is innate, within ourselves. On a personal note: I enjoy cross-country skiing, hiking, and reading by the lake. I also enjoy portrait drawing, landscape painting, meditation, and prayer. Professional Background: Bronwyn completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Arts at the University of Victoria. After graduation, she studied psychology and went on to complete her Master of Counselling degree from the City University of Seattle. She is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and soon to be a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) too. Bronwyn is a professional member of the International Association for the study of Dreams (IASD), the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), the International BodyTalk Association (IBA), and BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
