info About

Therapy is not just about techniques or sessions; it’s about the relationships, and that begins with a conversation. To make this step easier, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, share what feels comfortable, and receive a genuine sense of whether working together feels like the right path forward.

person Biography

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting. You might feel uncertain, overwhelmed, or even afraid, and that’s understandable. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and safe to explore your experiences. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s complexities. My approach blends empathy, evidence-based strategies, and a belief in the power of courage and connection. I also understand firsthand how life experiences can shape how we relate to ourselves and others. These experiences inform my work and deepen my understanding of the bravery it takes to seek support and make change. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can reflect, process, and grow at your own pace. To meet your unique needs, I draw from a variety of approaches, with training and certifications in: Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Gaslighting Awareness & Intervention Helping Clients Heal from Self-Harm: A DBT Approach for Teens Innovative Learning Series: Child Exploitation & Law I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care, and upon completing my clinical hours, I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. What inspires me most in this work is witnessing people reconnect with their own strength and resilience, their courage to heal. It is deeply meaningful to see clients gain insight, experience growth, and strengthen their relationships with themselves and those they love. Whether you are navigating trauma, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I would be honoured to walk beside you. Together, we can explore new possibilities, work through challenges, and create a path forward that feels authentic, healing, and meaningful.
