The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre is a health and wellness centre focused on providing mental and physical health related services to individuals, groups, and families across Ontario. Our therapists provide services for clients in office, in the community, and online, so that no matter where you reside, you’re able to get the support you need. We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection, and insight in our work with clients. We are social workers, psychotherapists, counsellors, yoga practitioners, bodywork therapists, administrative professionals, and coaches in all stages of our careers. Our team is made up of people from different experiences, ages, cultures, genders, sexualities, religions, and abilities. All of our team members advocate for and work to build practices that reflect anti-oppressive actions, cultural humility, respect, and curiosity. Our team members have experience working with a variety of topics and challenges, and can support you with whatever is going on for you including the following: Anxiety and Depression, Chronic and Acute Body Pain, Stress Management, Trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD, Gender and Sexuality, Mind-Body Connection, Neurodiversity, ADHD and ASD, Suicide and Self-Harm, Child and Youth Therapy, Reiki and Energy Healing, Grief and Loss , Perinatal Health and Post-Partum Support, Substance Use and Recovery, Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Disordered Eating and Intuitive Eating, and Reduced Fee Services.
