Before diving into therapy, I spent time at a suicide hotline and with a Police Crisis response team. Those experiences opened my eyes to the deep struggles people face every day. Through years of helping individuals find peace amidst their turmoil, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations. From anxiety relief to trauma healing, I’ve seen how therapy can bring about profound changes, not just emotionally, but physically too. My journey led me to specialize in anxiety relief and trauma recovery through a holistic approach. I’m all about guiding you towards freedom, happiness, and a sense of wholeness. Here’s a glimpse into my professional background: I’m a Psychotherapist (RSW) licensed in Ontario and Alberta, with a master’s degree from Columbia University in NYC. Over 17 years, I’ve honed my skills in helping diverse individuals navigate through their deepest struggles. But therapy isn’t just about credentials—it’s about connection. Outside of my practice, you’ll find me indulging in simple joys like gardening, teaching Yoga, QiGong, or exploring nature with friends.
