I am a Registered Social Worker who works with individuals 12 years old+ from all different backgrounds. I offer 1:1 counselling services that are grounded in a strengths-based approach. I have experience supporting folks with anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, life transitions and case management. I offer my services virtually as well as in person (Kingston) and will work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs and wishes. My services are aimed at improving all areas of wellness. I take a holistic approach to tend to your mental health needs and believe that mutual understanding of your experience is a necessary aspect of our work together.
