Sheri Sadowick
Professional Counselor - Registrant Candidate CCPCP #3236
I’m Sheri Sadowick (B.A., CCPCPRCand), founder of Sheri Lee Wellness, dedicated to guiding individuals toward healing and growth with compassion and purpose. Based in the West Kootenays, I offer trauma-informed, solution-focused online counselling and coaching.
My Counselling services focus on:
Parent Support Counselling: Supporting parents and caregivers of children with diverse abilities, addressing burnout, complex parenting challenges, and emotional well-being using a person-centered approach and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Trauma Recovery Counselling: Helping women (and men seeking personal growth) heal from abuse, toxic relationships, grief, or life challenges, fostering confidence and clarity.
My Coaching services include:
1:1 Coaching: Empowering women to rebuild self-worth and overcome healing plateaus after toxic relationships with personalized, goal-oriented support.
The Move Forward Method: A 12-week online program for women meeting specific criteria, offering structured, trauma-informed guidance to break through stalled healing from toxic relationships.
Adventure Travel Coaching: Blending transformative travel experiences with customized, trauma-informed coaching to inspire change. Lets travel the world together, while intentionally focusing on personal development and growth.
With a background supporting individuals with diverse abilities (Autism, ADHD, anxiety), I bring patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of neurodiversity to every session. Whether you’re a parent seeking support, a woman reclaiming your strength, or someone ready for a transformative journey, I’m here to help you move forward—online, at your pace.
