I support clients with neurodivergence and Trauma. My practice is: Neurodiversity affirming, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, Kink affirming + sex-positive, & Trauma-informed. I use an integrative approach, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and somatic work, to help clients find clarity, relief, and connection. My work is also informed by a holistic lens that considers how lifestyle factors, such as sleep, movement, nutrition, rest, spirituality, and connection, can support mental and emotional well-being. I’m a mixed White and Anishinaabe Indigenous therapist with lived experience of ADHD, anxiety, depression and intergenerational trauma.
