Eric Proulx
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC)
Conducting in-person therapy in Vancouver, or virtual counselling throughout BC, my approach to therapy is to meet you where you're at with a non-judgemental, curious and empathetic stance. Using concrete tools, I work with clients to build self-acceptance and resilience, while nurturing the belief that meaningful change is possible.
I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to mental health counselling, whether you're navigating challenges like low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, ADHD or trauma, or seeking more clarity in your life. I also offer couples therapy, where we'll create a space for honest communication helping both partners feeling heard and respected.
If it feels right to move forward, click the website link to view my availability and book an in-person or online therapy session at Avery Therapy Centre in downtown Vancouver. I also offer a free 15 minute consult call to learn more about what brings you to counselling, share a bit about how I work, and help you decide if we're a good fit.
I currently have a limited availability for sliding scale clients, online on Mondays and Tuesdays only. If you are in need of low cost counselling, please click my website link and reach out via the contact form.
