I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. My approach is humanistic; I regard each person as inherently valuable, unique, with the potential for greater fullness of living. Being able to form a real connection where one feels genuinely heard and understood can be healing. My goal as a therapist is to create a trusting relationship with you to facilitate positive change.
