My therapeutic approach builds somatic awareness and consent practices to improve the sex and intimate life for my clients. I use sex and intimacy coaching, teachings about consent and mindfulness and sensate focus exercises to improve sex and intimacy skills for individuals of diverse orientations, genders and relationship configurations. I am a pleasure activist and a kink friendly therapist.

Biography

I help individuals and couples expand their capacity for intimacy, pleasure, and connection. My therapeutic approach builds somatic awareness and consent practices that improve sex and relationships across orientations, genders, and relationship styles. In our sessions, we may draw on intimacy coaching, consent education, mindfulness, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, sensate focus, and embodied exercises. My office is an intimacy laboratory where clients can safely explore and practice new ways of relating in the context of a professional client–practitioner relationship. I am a pleasure activist and a kink-affirming therapist. My background includes nursing, social services, Reiki, and a master’s in educational leadership. After decades of frontline work with sexual trauma and gender-based violence, my focus is now on cultivating pleasure, harmony, and embodied healing as pathways to resilience and thriving.
