Biography
Welcome to my practice. I work with individuals to cultivate ways of being that are satisfying and fulfilling. This is a space to get curious about how you’ve been impacted by the world around you, how you’ve learned to respond, and how we can use this learning to grow further into the wonderful parts of yourself. I believe that we are all capable of strengthening & deepening our relationship to ourselves and to others. I have experience connecting with people of a variety of ages (14 +), genders, 2SLGBTQ+ identities, cultural identities, abilities, and varying experiences with therapy. I'm specifically passionate about supporting individuals through death & non-death related grief. I believe that grieving is inherently human, that it shows up in a variety of ways, and that connecting to this is important and vital. Through learning about grief and deconstructing expectations around how this should be, I have witnessed grief become an ally. I offer a space that is non-judgmental, warm, and accessible, with a focus on authenticity. My approach is collaborative and responsive, based on principles of inclusivity, harm reduction, Feminism, Queer theory, & anti-oppressive frameworks. I endeavour to support you in a way that reflects the knowledge and values you will bring to our work together.
