Hello! My name is Dominique Bonneville (she/her), and I am a registered provisional psychologist in Calgary, Alberta. I have been working in mental health for about 4 years. I have focused much of my training, professional development, and work experience on supporting youth and their families as they navigate a wide range of concerns. ​Therapy can be a helpful tool during times of increased stress, identity struggles, life transitions, or even everyday life. I tend to take a holistic, human-centered, and largely narrative approach to therapy, meaning I believe in the power of human connection and story. I also believe that all areas of our lives interact and can, therefore, be a focus of therapy. Therapy can focus on our general mental health, identity, school or work, or family relationships, as they all impact one another. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns and populations, including folks who identify as LGBTQ+, teen identity, mental health, neurodivergence (ADHD), psychosis, and first responder and military families. I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual sessions. I offer a complimentary 45-minute consult call to every new client.
