Welcome, I know reaching out for therapy can be scary and daunting but it is the first step in finding yourself and gaining control. I have worked in the health care field for over thirty years as a Registered nurse, I received my Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and now practice as a Registered Psychotherapist. Life can be challenging at times and can often leave us feeling stuck and powerless. My role as a therapist is to help you fine your hope. I work with you to find the best approach. I have worked with clients experiencing anxity, grief, infertility, depression and emotional dysregulation, burn out and compassion fatigue I value a holistic approach but more importantly I value you as the expert in your own needs.
