As a therapist I am rooted in: Nature Based Therapy & Ecotherapy - inviting other than human relationships into our understanding & healing. Narrative Therapy - exploring the context, systems and stories that surround us, impact us, and are us. Somatic Internal Family Systems/Integrative Somatic Parts Work - moving inward to (re)connect & (re)discover our relationship with self (and our many parts).
