About

I am a therapist who lives and works in the City of Lakes - Dartmouth, NS, but modern day technology allows me to support clients across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick! I specialize in perinatal mental health, and enjoy working with parents of children across all developmental stages. I’m also passionate about supporting clients who have experienced domestic violence.

Biography

My own adjustment to motherhood came with challenges – particularly with guilt, anxiety and isolation that accompanies many parents’ early experiences. Giving back to the perinatal community and helping clients through similar challenges brings so much meaning to my work. I prioritize real human connection between myself and my clients. Sessions with me can feel light yet deeply meaningful, comforting, and helpful. When appropriate, I use humour and selective self-disclosure to connect with clients.
