Ally Haley
Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate (RCT-C)
My own adjustment to motherhood came with challenges – particularly with guilt, anxiety and isolation that accompanies many parents’ early experiences. Giving back to the perinatal community and helping clients through similar challenges brings so much meaning to my work.
I prioritize real human connection between myself and my clients. Sessions with me can feel light yet deeply meaningful, comforting, and helpful. When appropriate, I use humour and selective self-disclosure to connect with clients. For a more thorough vibe-check, visit my Jane profile & book a consult to help determine if I’m the appropriate support!
