My aim is to support you in sorting through some of the challenges that you are facing and working together to find clarity, with a path forward towards feeling better. I believe that exploring lifes challenges is more effective through collaboration, and I look forward to doing this work together. My standard fee for a session is $160 +HST , typically eligible for coverage under various insurance plans. For individuals seeking more affordable options, we offer a specialized affordable therapy program at $50.00 +HST per session, inclusive of a complimentary initial session with one of our intern therapists.
