I specialize in addressing relationship issues, codependency and boundary setting, family conflict, and parenting concerns. Along with these specializations, I regularly work with clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and acute stress. I focus on identifying the roots of unhelpful patterns and behaviours from your unique personal history to find healing, personal growth, and to help you make sustainable changes in your life. My approach is rooted in active listening, allowing you to express yourself freely in a safe, non-judgemental space. I also use strengths-based, solution focused methods. Whether you’re dealing with communication issues, life transitions, or something else, I have a toolkit of techniques to help you address and overcome these challenges.
