Hi, I’m Ali! As a therapist, I strive to create a space where people feel they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgement or criticism. This means open communication, active listening, and a collaboration on goals towards your well-being. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is how connected you feel to your therapist! Therefore, in sessions, I aim to provide a space where you feel empowered, seen, and understood. All emotions, even our most difficult ones deserve space and that through processing our difficult emotions, we are able to heal. I would love to work together to build a space of trust and partnership between us. Using a holistic approach, I am passionate about working with individuals with the following concerns: Anxiety / Stress/ Burnout Addiction / Substance Use Depression / Mood Disorders Grief / Loss Trauma / Life Transitions Relationship Issues / Family Conflict Behavioural Change Having faced several life challenges myself, such as grief and trauma, I am no stranger to being on the other side of therapy and have benefited greatly from it.
