Hi there! My name is Paige, and I am so glad you're here. In therapy, I aim to create a safe space for my clients to explore their emotions, thoughts and memories while fostering a sense of empowerment and control over their healing process. I practice from several different evidence based approaches to therapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). But most importantly, as your therapist, I want you to know that I will be there to support you with whatever your goals may be in whichever way suits you best. My biggest priority is holding space for you as you process your emotions and build new skills. My areas of interest and experience include anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting concerns, life transitions and adjustment, and perinatal mental health with a specialty in treating insomnia. The therapeutic relationship is the most important part of therapy.
