About

With me, you'll learn how your brain and nervous system work, and what to do to work with your body, not against it. Together, we’ll look at your medications, health conditions, thoughts, and lifestyle to find the path to living your best life.

Biography

Think you have ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, (C-)PTSD, burnout, anxiety, depression, chronic pain or illness, or a combination of these? I’ve been there, I get it, and you’re in the right place now. Together we can manage, improve, or overcome the physical and mental symptoms that come with these conditions. And if you only suspect that some of these terms fit you, we can figure that out together. By working with an integrative approach that focuses on physical health, medical management, thoughts, lifestyle, behaviours, and nervous system, we can get from where you are now to where you want to be. By allowing you to be involved in the entire therapy process (even in what you might call the behind-the-scenes stuff), I offer a unique approach that focuses on teaching you about your brain, body, and nervous system, as well as about therapy and wellbeing. As you begin to understand what’s happening, you’ll start feeling more in control, safe, and happy. I’m passionate about providing integrative, trauma-informed care that works with the whole you, your mind, body, and nervous system. With an approach that focuses on neuroscience, psychoeducation, integrative psychotherapy, pain reprocessing therapy, lifestyle changes, somatic approaches, and demystifying your brain and nervous system, therapy with me is practical, interesting, and fun.
