My work supports those navigating religious or relational trauma, 2SLGBTQIA+ identities, non-monogamy, neurodivergence, gender and sexuality, suicide and self-harm, and environmental anxiety. All with compassion, curiosity, and care.

person Biography

I have been working with people ever since I had a paper-route when I was 8 years-old and had to go door-to-door collecting money. Ever since, I've always loved working with people, and I haven't stopped. I have more than two decades of experience in human-centred roles. Now, I feel incredibly grateful to be invited alongside people in their life's journey. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a cozy office in Cambridge, Ontario. I also offer virtual sessions for individuals. My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that therapy can be a space to feel seen and understood. I support people navigating religious and relational trauma, exploring gender and sexuality, embracing 2SLGBTQIA+ identities, practicing non-monogamy, living with ADHD or autism, experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, and feeling the weight of environmental anxiety. In our work together you can expect space to explore your experiences without judgment, gain insight into patterns that shape your life, and experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others. My aim is to create a collaborative and affirming environment where you can reflect, process, and discover what feels right for you.
