Laura Lourdu

Over a decade ago, with a degree in Social Work, Laura worked in career counselling then moved into education and mental health. Additionally, she has a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a member British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. She is dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges with clarity and wisdom. Her philosophy is to embrace traditional wisdom and scientific modalities in her practice. Personally, she enjoys meeting new people, being in nature and listening to music that moves.
