Hello! I am so happy you’re here because connecting with and helping others has always been a deep passion of mine. Originally from a small town on the east coast, I moved to Calgary in 2012 where I worked in the corporate sector for 12+years while simultaneously volunteering in the mental health field. I have experience with Alberta Health Services, Catholic Family Services (Motherhood Matters), PILSC (Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre), CASA Mental Health, and other organizations over the years. I am passionate about finding connection with others in the struggles that we all face. After the pandemic hit, I decided to follow my dreams of pursuing a Masters in Counselling Psychology and opening my own practice.
