Hi, I’m Erin, a therapist in Calgary, AB, and I’m so glad you found your way here. Life can feel heavy, even when everything looks “together” on the outside. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood — so you're reminded you don't have to navigate life's ups and downs alone. I work with women and professionals navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, infertility or family building, life transitions, relationship stress, and challenges with self-esteem. In our sessions, we explore what’s weighing on you and gently uncover practical ways to feel supported and more in tune with your own needs. Every approach is tailored to your life, your values, and your story - so therapy feels personal and meaningful.
