MEG WALSH, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), BFA, E-RYT I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO, a member in good standing with my professional association (Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy). I have earned a post-graduate diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from The Centre for Training in Psychotherapy (CTP), and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the OCAD University, and have been teaching yoga, mindfulness meditation and offering Yoga Therapy since 2011. I continue to deepen my skill-set studying studying trauma stabilization treatment with Dr. Janina Fisher and Couples Therapy with Dr. Stan Tatkin. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Parts work, attachment, relationship, and trauma-informed principles, with a deep respect for each client's story and inner wisdom. I am to be experienced as attentive, curious, warm, inquisitive, and deeply present. I meet each client with an open heart, hohnouring the therapeutic space, the rpocess, and the relationship we create together. Therapy invites us to slow down...this slow medicine offers us space to feel, reflect, and listen inward, gently unraveling old patterns and learning to attune to the quiet wisdom of our bodies and to trust ourselves.
