I provide a connection-based tailored approach that meets you wherever you may be on your journey. My first goal in counselling is that you feel safe, comfortable, and validated in my office, it is in the presence of connection that healing can begin. Let's slow things down and get to the root. I'm able to support clients through past traumatic experiences, stress, anxiety, issues with self-esteem, and complex relationships who are hoping to move forward towards healing. I'm also able to offer EMDR therapy. I believe that you are the expert on your journey. I care deeply that you feel heard and understood in my cozy office. I integrate various approaches based on your needs. I have training in EMDR, attachment, anxiety, regulation, ADHD, stress management, & relationships. I am able to provide Gottman Relationship Therapy as well as 1:1 EMDR Therapy for trauma. I am 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming in my approach. I am an animal lover, an avid reader, and a homebody at heart, I'd love to meet you and see if we're a good fit.
