Therapeutic Approach Monika believes in the importance of living authentically and values collaboration, transparency, and compassion. She creates a warm and supportive environment that encourages clients to reflect on what matters most to them, helping them create meaningful change in their lives and relationships. She also invites clients to recognize and draw upon personal, relational, and community strengths and resources.
