Monika has over 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, along with several years working in community support services for older adults and caregivers. She also has a background in health promotion and wellness education. Monika holds a Master of Science in Couple and Family Therapy.

Therapeutic Approach Monika believes in the importance of living authentically and values collaboration, transparency, and compassion. She creates a warm and supportive environment that encourages clients to reflect on what matters most to them, helping them create meaningful change in their lives and relationships. She also invites clients to recognize and draw upon personal, relational, and community strengths and resources. Her work is informed by both lived experience and training in several therapeutic modalities, including Dialogic, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Emotionally Focused therapies.
