For more than thirty years, I’ve helped people uncover creative ways to grow, heal, and move forward. My professional journey began in the creative arts therapies, where I saw firsthand how art and horticulture can open doors to resilience, insight and healing. As a therapist, educator and clinical supervisor, I’ve guided clients, students and professionals in developing confidence, balance, and curiosity in both their work and their lives. Today, I bring that same depth of experience into my role as a coach and productivity consultant, helping women navigate transitions, rediscover purpose, and build a healthier relationship with time. Whether change arrived unexpectedly or you’re actively seeking something new, I help you create realistic, energizing strategies for living and working with intention. Using my Time Core Strategy System and tools like the Time Recovery Assessment, we identify where your time and energy are truly going and where they need to go to align with your values and goals. Rekindling joy in one's life is an important part of the process and I believe that there’s always room for humour, creativity, and a little bit of sparkle.
