Healing is coming home to yourself, with honesty, care, and compassion. I help you hold space for the messy, beautiful, and often contradictory parts of being alive — the grief that coexists with love, the fear that walks alongside change, the tension between closeness and independence, openness and boundaries. I feel deeply aligned with this work, and am honoured to walk beside those willing to face their inner world with courage and tenderness. I graduated with academic distinction and have volunteered in crisis support and harm reduction since 2015.
