Cheryl strives to provide a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment where trust can be built allowing you to feel heard and seen.
Cheryl works from trauma-informed and person-centered lenses and incorporates EMDR, cognitive behavior and dialectical behavior therapies. Cheryl most recently completed her Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in 2007 and Certificate in Applied Counselling in 2010. Cheryl works with adults and adolescents and focuses on complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotion regulation, negative self-talk, eating disorders and chronic conditions/illness.
