Anastasia Assuras
Registered Psychotherapist
At Hera Therapy, we are dedicated to helping people feel more connected to themselves and to others. Through evidence-based psychotherapy and a deep commitment to self-discovery, we support clients in creating new possibilities for insight, connection, and meaningful growth.
Our name, Hera, is inspired by the Greek goddess of marriage and family. Given our strong focus on relationships and couples therapy—and the founder’s own Greek heritage—we felt it was the perfect fit. Hera’s symbol, the pomegranate, traditionally represents fertility, but we also see it as a metaphor for the many emotions that lie beneath the surface, much like the seeds hidden within the fruit.
Our therapeutic approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, meaning we tailor our methods to suit your unique goals, needs, and pace. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or deeper connection, we’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your therapy journey.
