I'm currently accepting new virtual clients in Ontario with immediate availability and no waitlist, including limited sliding scale spaces.
Working with me means entering a space that’s grounded in radical care, and meaningful connection. I bring my full self into the room and invite you to do the same. My trauma-informed approach centers your agency and honors the wisdom of your lived and living experiences. I meet you exactly where you are, while gently holding space for your hopes, growth, and the complexities of your path.
As a queer, gender-expansive, disabled, and neurodivergent practitioner, I bring a perspective shaped by lived experience, including the unexpected journey of navigating solo parenthood. My work is rooted in years of engagement with sexual and reproductive health and justice movements, and is guided by feminist, intersectional, and anti-oppressive values.
In our work together, you can expect honesty, warmth, collaboration, and a healthy dose of humor. I’ll name hard truths when needed, challenge harmful systems and internalized beliefs, and always prioritize your autonomy. If you’re looking for a therapeutic space where you can show up as your whole self, messy, complex, and real, we might be a great match.
