Katelyn Stewart
Registered Psychotherapist
At The Stori Practice, we believe that every story is worth telling, and every person deserves the chance to rewrite their narrative. We are dedicated to helping you navigate life's complexities, build confidence, and uncover the path to a more fulfilling and authentic self.
With over a decade of experience in mental health and well-being, Katelyn’s background includes supporting families at CAMH, teaching yoga and mindfulness, and working closely with individuals and couples in private practice.
Katelyn’s personal experiences with low mood, anxiety, and self-doubt, alongside supporting loved ones through significant mental health challenges, have fueled her deep interest in self-worth, relationships, and the impact of our inner critic. These experiences have shaped her understanding of what keeps individuals stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or self-criticism, and how best to support them in building self-trust, confidence, and emotional resilience.
If you find yourself grappling with negative thoughts, self-doubt, low confidence, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling “not enough,” you’ve come to the right place. Together, we’ll explore how to quiet the inner critic, strengthen your sense of self-worth, and create meaningful, lasting change.
We offer In-person therapy in Etobicoke/Toronto west end and virtual therapy with evening availability.
