About

I’m a registered psychotherapist supporting individuals who feel stuck in patterns of self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection in their relationships. My approach is warm, grounded, and conversational - integrating Narrative Therapy, EFT, Somatic, and Trauma-Informed practices to nurture safety, awareness, and sustainable change. Complimentary consultations available.

Biography

Do you find yourself feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that keep you looping through self-doubt, burnout, or coping strategies that no longer feel helpful? Maybe it’s hard to stay present with yourself or in your relationships — and even harder to know where to begin. I’m a registered psychotherapist who works with individuals longing to feel more connected to themselves, their bodies, and the lives they’re living. My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity and genuine curiosity. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and gently explore the patterns that have shaped how you move through the world. Together, we’ll work toward building safety, self-trust, and meaningful, lasting change. My work is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic and psychodynamic approaches, always adapting our work to meet you where you are. I have experience supporting clients navigating attachment wounds, body image concerns, disordered eating, and challenges with emotional regulation. In our sessions, we often focus on deepening awareness, expanding your capacity to regulate and feel more at home in your body, and gently exploring the unconscious patterns that shape your relationships and sense of self. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more grounded, more resourced, and more able to move through life with compassion and clarity. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after time away, I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out. I aim to create a space that feels like a real, human conversation, one rooted in trust, empathy, and collaboration. Outside of the therapy room, I remain deeply committed to ongoing learning and growth so that my work stays thoughtful, responsive, and grounded in best practices. It would be an honour to support you as you move toward deeper healing, connection, and self-understanding. Let’s connect, I’d love to meet you.
