About

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario offering trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy for teens and adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, OCD, disordered eating, emotional dysregulation, and neurodivergence (ADHD/autism). My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented, blending depth work with practical tools.

Biography

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario, and I provide therapy for teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that are hard to shift, even when they’re trying their best. Many of the people I work with feel like they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or both. They may struggle with anxiety, OCD, emotional dysregulation, self-criticism, relationship challenges, or disordered eating. I also have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients (including ADHD and autism), especially when masking, burnout, rejection sensitivity, and chronic overwhelm are part of the picture — and when ADHD or autism intersects with disordered eating patterns such as binge eating, restriction, or chronic dieting. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and integrative. I aim to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely collaborative. Together, we’ll work on both the deeper roots of what you’re experiencing and the practical strategies that help you feel more steady day-to-day. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), DBT-informed skills, parts work, relational/psychodynamic therapy, and evidence-based approaches for anxiety and OCD. I also enjoy supporting clients who have lost a primary attachment figure (such as a parent), whether through death, estrangement, or going no-contact. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and paced intentionally. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself, more confident in your relationships, and more able to respond to life with clarity instead of shame, fear, or overwhelm.
