About
Hi, I’m Arianne. I’m glad you’re here. I believe everyone deserves therapy access, regardless of background or identity. As a first-generation immigrant, I combine lived experience with clinical training to create a safe and brave space where you can be seen, heard, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Biography
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I see therapy as a partnership. I would be honoured to be a stepping stone, a guide, or a supportive presence on your journey. My background includes working with vulnerable individuals in high-stress settings such as crisis lines and long-term care homes, and I'm deeply committed to making mental health care more accessible and inclusive for all. Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me out on an adventure, spending quality time with friends and family, or hanging out with my very curious orange cat, Theo. I bring the same compassion and curiosity from my personal life into my work—always eager to understand your story, your strengths, and what healing looks like for you.
