At Everworth Counselling, I help adults who grew up in emotionally chaotic homes, with emotionally immature parents, and/or with childhood trauma to better understand their upbringing, how it impacted them, and where to go from here. My name's Meg! Specializing in attachment and complex/developmental trauma, I'm here to help you heal those old attachment wounds, choose healthier love, find steadiness, stop ignoring your needs, and start feeling like yourself again (or maybe for the first time).
