Hi, I’m Claudia. Navigating the complexities of parenthood, trauma, and mental health can often feel overwhelming and isolating. My passion lies in supporting individuals and families on their journey toward healing from past experiences and embracing a fulfilling, connected life. Drawing from my background as both a therapist and a mom, I integrate clinical expertise with the empathy and understanding that comes from lived experience. Why Work With Me?
