I provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed care using CPT, CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy to help adolescents, adults, and families heal, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Biography

Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. I am a Registered Social Worker, and trauma therapist specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, and family therapy. I also support individuals navigating racial trauma and the impacts of systemic injustice, providing culturally responsive care that acknowledges the broader contexts shaping mental health. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I work with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and family challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Whether we are processing the impact of past experiences, strengthening family relationships, or building practical coping strategies, my goal is to create a safe and empowering space where healing and meaningful change can occur. With experience across hospital, community mental health, youth justice, correctional, and private practice settings, I am committed to helping clients move beyond survival and toward healing, resilience, and lasting growth.
