Welcome! My name is Cynthia and I am a Registered Psychologist offering remote counselling across Alberta and in-person counselling in Calgary (SW). I have worked with individuals of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in supporting clients who struggle with neurodiversity, cultural issues, trauma, anxiety/ stress, depression, anger, identity, self-esteem, and parenting. I work from a strengths-based, culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming approach, I offer warmth, curiosity, and compassion as I strive to honor your unique background, values, resources, and inner wisdom. I believe that we are all capable and can get through tough times. I also understand that sometimes we do our best and it doesn’t seem to be enough.
