Feel seen, feel heard, feel understood - it's what we all search for at our core and it's the least I can do for you. I am so glad you've mustered the courage to reach out. Have you been feeling alone? Misunderstood? Burned out? It could be that your upbringing didn't feel sufficient in some way; and if life was a river, you feel like you're without a paddle. I also work with people who feel they might be ADHDers, Autistic, or an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person). I specialize with the queer community; recognizing the intersections of factors that lead to feeling defeated, misunderstood, alone, or burned out. I am 6 years into this field of psychotherapy; established enough that I am confident in my approach; new enough that I am still invigorated to keep learning about the newest research. I find that Dr. Tori Olds describes these approaches incredibly well.
