By allowing you to be involved in the entire therapy process (even in what you might call the behind-the-scenes stuff), I offer a unique approach that focuses on teaching you about your brain, body, and nervous system, as well as about therapy and wellbeing. As you begin to understand what’s happening, you’ll start feeling more in control, safe, and happy. I’m passionate about providing integrative, trauma-informed care that works with the whole you, your mind, body, and nervous system.
