Morgan Mackenzie
MSW, RSW, Psychotherapist
I specialize in empowering young adults in their late teens, 20s, and 30s to reclaim confidence, happiness, and fulfillment, despite the challenges of low self-esteem, anxiety, and relationship struggles.
If you find yourself struggling with feeling that you are not enough, thinking that something is wrong with you, self-criticism when you don’t meet impossible standards, the constant comparison that leaves you feeling "less than", or the debilitating need for external validation, and desire to please others even it its at your own expense, I would love to play a part in helping you get to the root cause of your concerns and equip you with the knowledge and tools needed for lasting positive change.
By integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-focused care, I customize treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs, empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
