About

Whether you're looking for support around relationships, mental health concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or suicidal ideation, I am here for you! If you’re navigating a life transition, wanting to develop positive coping skills, or yearning to feel more vibrant and alive, you've come to the right place.

Biography

As a female-identifying, white, second generation settler, I work from a systems perspective; factoring in all the moving pieces and looking at the whole picture rather than just one part. I believe in a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. This could mean working from a narrative perspective, moving towards increased mindfulness, acceptance and compassion, working with the inner child, or doing parts work (IFS), always with a focus on the connection between mind and body. Our work in therapy is tailored to you, your needs, and your goals.
